Does the Ab Circle Pro Work A Look Into This Machine and How it Works

If the Ab Circle Pro does work then why is it causing people pain? Seeing the infomercials on this product made me think about all the other machines from the past. The rockers, belts, seats, rowers and toners which all had hype and people claiming results. Could this just be another machine that wastes your time?

The general positioning of the exercise is all wrong. On your knees with you hands extended and swinging your hips from side to side. Have you ever stayed on your knees for a long period of time? This is one of the most common complaints with this product.

Here are some of the pros for this product:

- Easy to put together
- Portable (you can hide it in a closet)
- Can be used at home
- Very easy to life and move

Cons about this product:

- The knee pads aren’t comfortable and cause discomfort and pain
- The machine does not provide an adequate workout to lose as much fat as claimed on TV
- The full price is over $200 which is very expensive
- Target training your abs is not going to help you tone the rest of your body
- People with back problems will have issues with this machine
- 3 minutes a day is not considered a cardio workout. Ask any real trainer.

The Ab Circle Pro gives a workout but not anywhere near the claims on TV. In my quest of reviews I found that many people who claim it works are just trying to get you to click on the big banner link so they can get a sale from you buying this ab “gadget.” This really dilutes a real review of the machine. As well the people who do say they lose weight also claim to have cut their calorie intake. Some as high as half.

If you cut your calorie intake you are going to lose weight but these people are crediting the machine for the results and not the decrease in calories.

Think about this for a moment. How many other products that target the midsection of the body have had similar claims. The answer is most of them. In fact products from the past had Hollywood stars vouching for the product.

I understand how you feel. You want a flatter tummy that you can show off at the beach or pool. I felt the same way a year ago and looked to the internet like you for an answer. However this machine is not the answer. I do not deny that it does give you a workout but it does have an awkward position and is hard on the knees.

What I found was a program that teaches you and shows you how to get six pack abs without doing sit ups, crunches or using ab machines. This program is called the Truth About Abs and it is the number one rated program online.

As you can see the clear answer to “does Ab Circle Pro work?” is no. It has more problems then positive results. If you would like to watch a free video about the Truth About Abs visiting the link above.
