Have you ever tried the as seen on TV products?
Like, Oxy Clean? Or CLR? Or those nails you can pop right into the wall and hang something heavy on it? Or any others? Thanks!! I see the commercails for them. I just wondered if they worked.

Yes, and most of the time they are crap.

Yes, I bought that onion dicer thing (the one that folds in half). Liquid Oxy Clean for laundry. Some malls have a small free standing store filled with those TV products.

I’m too poor for that
sometimes I get the free samples
I used to even get the free video tapes (whatever it was for) so I could record over it and get a free tape

Ive tried a few of them. The foodsaver works, but not as good as it seems on tv. I also bought the showtime rotisserie, and it is wonderful! It works just like it shows on tv. And my mom bought a food dehydrator made by the same guy as the rotisserie, and it works good too.

A lot of the products like oxy clean you can buy at the stores. I know Bed, Bath, and Beyond sales a lot of as seen on t.v. stuff, and I think they sale oxy clean. Oxy clean works in the laundry…..

If the product is THAT good they will not need to advertise in a cheesy manner.

I have bought several products at the “As Seen On TV” store.” One was in NJ; I think the other was in NY somewhere.
Most products I bought turned out to be good bargains but I did get some crap too. Being able to see and handle them before buying is a much better than just buying off TV. But like with all products “Buyer Beware”
BTW my wife swears by CLR.
