How effective are as “seen on TV” exercise products?
Did you try anything? What did you use? Did it help? How long did it take you to reach your desired results? I am trying to find something to help me get in better shape. Any ideas? I am currently a college student, so money is pretty tight. Thanks a lot for any input.

Very expensive. You can do just as good with going to the store and getting free weights.. If you buy anything just get the videos.. I got an ab one that has worked awesome, my female take home rates from the bars have gone through the roof with a great set of abs.

If its on TV, its crap that no shop would sell. Stick to a fitness shop. They know what they are talking about.

Another Marketing Gimmick. Do not take it seriously. ” As seen in TV ” itself indicates how good will be the product.

We bought the ‘golds gym’ and it works fine when we use it. A little too expensive, though.

Well I have two. I have the Ab Roller and the Lateral Thigh Trainer. I love both but I use them with other workouts. I do the Firm tapes and can’t do the low impact workouts in my apt, so I jump on the Lateral Thigh trainer for that part of the workout. I love the ab roller because it helps protect my neck. When you buy these products , be realistic and practical. They beef up the commercials to make you believe that just by having this product you will be a thinner stronger person. Hey, I use them the way I want and get great results. Others out there are real ripoffs. Do the research and be well.
